I will see it very quickly shortly after a person came and took my order about 20 minutes later my salmon and salad arrived. It looks very presentable as you can see from the photo and it was very tasty. Then I ordered a pastry as you can also see from the photo it was OK. It wasn’t great. It was OK. I probably should’ve ordered some cheesecake or something like that but overall, the salmon and salad was very filling just before getting on a flight. You won’t good food and this is the place where you can get good food and at the end the service staff came and checked on me and said do you need anything else? I was like no please provide the check they did so I paid it and it was a good experience I would recommend the place was clean and presentable

We had an incredible dining experience at San Carlo in Manchester Airport, easily the best airport meal we’ve ever had. The arancini was a standout starter, packed with generous pieces of truffle and served in a creamy, rich sauce that was bursting with flavour. I had the polpette, which was equally impressive. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the meatballs were tender and full of depth. My partner's tortellini was exceptional too, delicate, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we were lucky to be seated by the window, which added a lovely touch. From start to finish, the service was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel relaxed and indulgent. For an airport restaurant, this truly exceeded all expectations. We’d return even if we weren’t catching a flight. We will be back!

Had an early flight & instead of the usual croissant, decided to come to San Carlo... great decision. I had the most delicious eggs royal! Perfectly cooked eggs (& I’m very fussy about my eggs!) Excellent, speedy service, without feeling rushed or stressed. Ultra efficient staff, especially my server, Zeferino who was lovely. Perfect way to start any trip!

I got served by Callum he was so lovely, respectful and knowledgeable he started off our journey with a positive attitude and set the ombiance for a great vacation. If the restaurant wasn’t at the airport I would definitely return often. I order the second open it was a full vegetarian english(unsure what the name maybe verde something. The others that dined with me have a pancake, Nutella porridge and an smashed avocado. Everyone’s plate was empty the taste was delicious well seasoned and the atmosphere was amazing great for couples, great for family and great for business people. Even to eat alone was be comforting. Thank you Callum for such a memorable moment. One of the best breakfast we all have had.

Came here for my fiances surprise 40th birthday. The food was incredible and the service by Szlvia was warm and friendly and attentive. I had the penne salmone and my partner the lasagne both were gorgeous ! Thank you for making it one to remember. The food quality was also fantastic. Thank you !

Firat was our waiter and he was so amazing! The food came out quickly and piping hot and such reasonable prices! Firat made us laugh non stop - what a guy!

Kaloyan was Amazinggggggg!!!!!! He was extremely patient with us and adhere to our every needs! Everytime I fly through Manchester, I’ll most definitely come here again!! all eight of us are very pleased with his service!! xo
